Brian Johnson

Brian Johnson is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience in instructional design, professional development, and special education. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Design and Development at The Danielson Group since 2018, Brian's roles have included overseeing internal systems, managing service providers, facilitating workshops, and advising on cross-functional projects to enhance teaching quality. Prior to this, Brian held executive and consultative positions at LitLife, Inc., leading professional development initiatives and designing curricula focused on literacy and culturally responsive teaching. Additional experience includes roles at Teach For America and KIPP: Infinity Charter School, where Brian developed programs to support teacher leadership and student achievement. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Science of Teaching and a Special Education Certification.
