Kim Brauer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kim started their career in 1987 as a Senior Property Manager and Marketing Manager at GID. Following this, they served as the General Manager at River Court from 1994 to 2013. Their responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of the luxury high-rise building, financial management, and maintenance. Kim then worked as a Sales Agent at Codman Cambridgeside Realty from 2013 to 2014. Kim then joined The Dartmouth Group as the General Manager for Waterplace Condominiums in 2014. In this role, they managed various associations, prepared budgets, and supervised operations. Kim later became the Vice President of TDG Signature™ at The Dartmouth Group, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Signature™ by The Dartmouth Group starting from February 2020.
