Andrew Purdy

Andrew Purdy is a data analyst currently employed at The Data City since October 2022. Previously, Andrew served as an economic analyst at Digital Catapult from July 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing the impact of the organization's programs and utilizing innovative techniques to assess market growth and technology adoption. Before that, Andrew was a higher executive officer at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) from December 2019 to July 2021, focusing on international trade analysis through various modeling techniques. Andrew began their career as a student researcher at Hatch Regeneris in November 2019 and briefly worked as a warehouse operative at Staffline in 2018. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (International) from the University of Leeds and has also studied at The University of British Columbia.
