Ibrahima Diallo has worked in various roles since 2016. Ibrahima began as a Shift Lead at Walgreens where they developed customer service and conflict resolution skills. In 2020, they worked at NJIT Ying Wu College of Computing as a System Integration, E-Commerce Technology, and Computer Systems Security. In this role, they installed Wamp Server for Web Server application, WordPress for content management, and ran tests to access secure applications and networks. In 2021, Ibrahima worked as an FC at Amazon.com, Inc. where they followed company selection procedures and guidelines to effectively achieve team goals and creatively solve problems. Currently, Ibrahima is working at Data Pros as a Microsoft 0365 Engineer and at ExterNetworks as an Information Technology Support Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology issues, as well as handling Staff and Customer technical support cases through phone and email submission.
Ibrahima Diallo attended Essex County College from 2015 to 2017 and then enrolled at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
