Ervisa Hoffman has a diverse work background with experience in client engagement, solution engineering, research and development, business intelligence analysis, and teaching. Ervisa is currently working as a Client Engagement Director at The Data School New York, where they provide data analytics and visualization services. Prior to this, they worked at Salesforce as a Lead Solution Engineer and later as a Senior Principal Success Manager, where they designed and directed data strategies for financial services companies. Ervisa also served as a Research & Development Manager at the Albanian-American Development Foundation, where they prepared projects and negotiated technology initiatives. Before that, they held positions at the University of Utah Health Hospitals and Clinics as a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst and at Salt Lake Community College as a Developmental Math Professor. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Cost Analyst at L-3 Communications.
Ervisa Hoffman earned their Associate of Science in Business from Salt Lake Community College in 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Dual Degree in Accounting and Financial Services at Westminster University. In 2013, Ervisa enrolled in the University of Utah, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Professional Master of Business Administration in 2015. Most recently, in 2022, they attended Columbia Business School to obtain a degree in ESG Investing.
