Samantha Parks

Samantha Parks, MBA, currently serves as the HR Records Specialist- Team Lead at The Davey Tree Expert Company since March 2021, specializing in processing employee records, maintaining confidentiality, and facilitating learning development within the organization. Prior to this role, Samantha worked as a Curriculum Development and Client Facilitator at Aegis 360® Consulting, supporting corporate training initiatives and managing employee engagement surveys. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Field Organizer for Mike Bloomberg 2020, numerous leadership and organizational roles during academic tenure at Lake Erie College, and various consultancy roles enhancing leadership development through equine-assisted learning. Samantha holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, along with dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Equestrian/Equine Studies from Lake Erie College.
