Thea Sears

Thea Sears has over three decades of experience in financial management, currently serving as Vice President and Controller at The Davey Tree Expert Company since May 1993, where previous roles included Controller, Assistant Controller, and Manager of Financial Accounting. Additionally, Thea Sears has been a member of the Board of Directors at Bio-Med Science Academy STEM School since May 2016. Thea Sears earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Accounting from The University of Akron between 1986 and 1991.
