Hannah Au is a dedicated health professional with extensive experience in program coordination and community health services. Currently serving as a Program Associate at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health, Hannah previously held the position of Health and Wellness Program Coordinator at LifeLong Medical Care, where effective case management was provided to homeless patients and a home visit program was launched.
