Hannah Au is a dedicated health professional with extensive experience in program coordination and community health services. Currently serving as a Program Associate at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health, Hannah previously held the position of Health and Wellness Program Coordinator at LifeLong Medical Care, where effective case management was provided to homeless patients and a home visit program was launched. Additional roles include Clinic Administration Assistant at UC Berkeley School of Optometry, General Clinic Director at Suitcase Clinic, Community Intern at FCBC LA, Undergraduate Research Assistant at UC Berkeley School of Public Health, and Health Advocate at Alameda Health System.
