Katherine Beckmann

Katherine Beckmann, PhD, MPH, is the National Policy Director at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, a position held since December 2016, focusing on policy and systems investments related to the health, education, and well-being of young children and families, particularly those in low-income households. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Policy Advisor and Senior Policy Analyst for Early Childhood Health and Development at the Administration for Children and Families, where Katherine coordinated early childhood health policies and developed national guidance.
