Kristina Kastler is an experienced Evaluation and Learning Officer at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, a position held since May 2022 after serving in various roles within the organization since 2014, including Consultant and Interim Evaluation and Learning Officer. Kastler has a strong background in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, particularly in reproductive health, organizational effectiveness, and strategic grantmaking for sub-Saharan Africa and Global Youth initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Developing Countries Program Consultant at Medicines360, Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley, and Monitoring and Evaluation Fellow at the Bixby Center for Population, Health and Sustainability. Kastler holds a Master of Public Health from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder, with additional studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
