Alex Lynch currently serves as Vice President of Debt Capital Markets at Davis since August 2022. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Vice President for Commercial Real Estate at Capital One from July 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Boston Underwriting Pod for Cap One's commercial real estate lending platform. Alex's experience in real estate finance began at CIBC Capital Markets as an Analyst/Associate from July 2015 to August 2018, focusing on borrower/sponsor, property, and market due diligence, as well as cash flow scenario analysis. Earlier in 2014, Alex gained experience as a Corporate Finance Intern at Fidelity Investments. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Spanish from Providence College (2011-2015) and also studied at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2013-2014), in addition to completing secondary education at Malden Catholic High School (2007-2011).
