Jake Brassard

Jake Brassard is an experienced investment professional with a focus on real estate. Currently serving as an Investment Associate at Davis since April 2022, Jake previously held roles at Cigna, starting as a Real Estate Investment Analyst and contributing to the Acquisition and Originations team, where responsibilities included sourcing new joint venture equity and senior debt investments, underwriting potential investments, and managing due diligence processes across various markets. Jake's experience also includes a Real Estate Investment Internship at Cigna and a summer internship at Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates. Jake holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
