Leslie Cohen

Leslie Cohen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in real estate development and operations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at The Davis Companies since September 2022, Leslie previously held the same position at Samuels & Associates from June 2002 to September 2022, overseeing company operations, profit and loss, and human resources for a 100-person development, leasing, and management firm. Leslie managed urban and suburban mixed-use and retail developments totaling over 2,800,000 square feet with a projected asset value exceeding $1 billion. Notable projects include The Point in Fenway and Continuum in Allston. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Development at Staples and working as an Architectural Project Manager. Leslie holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
