Mike Murphy

Mike Murphy, CFA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in debt capital markets and real estate investment. Currently serving as Vice President in Debt Capital Markets at Davis since May 2023, Mike previously held several key positions at Fidelity Investments from January 2016 to May 2023, including Director of Private Real Estate Debt and roles as Research Analyst and Research Associate within the Real Estate Debt Team. Mike's early career includes positions at Keystone Consulting Group NE, Boston Properties, Tivoli Lodge, Clarendon Group USA, and various other roles that provided a strong foundation in commercial real estate analysis, property management, and operational oversight. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the NYU Stern School of Business.
