Zain Ahmed

Zain Ahmed has extensive legal experience, currently serving as In-House Counsel and Board Secretary at The Dawood Foundation since February 2020. Prior to this role, Zain worked as Company Secretary and General Manager at Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited from September 2015 to February 2020. Additional experience includes a position as a Visiting Faculty in Law at Themis School of Law from August 2017 to June 2019, and as a Law Associate at Ansari & Ansari law firm from August 2014 to August 2015. Zain's early career featured a summer rotation with Studio legale Associato Calleri Noviello & Morazzoni Sangalli in June 2014 and a role as Law Associate/Researcher at S A Associates from June 2013 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London, a Master of Laws (LLM) from Karachi University, and a specialization in Dispute Resolution from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
