José María Santisteban Vega

José María Santisteban Vega is an experienced professional in the field of food science and technology, currently serving as Técnico de investigación y desarrollo at DCOOP since November 2022. Prior to this role, José María worked at SP GROUP Spain-France-Poland from March 2019 to November 2022 in the development and research department. Previous experience includes positions in quality control at Carnes y embutidos la Torrecilla (April 2018 - June 2018) and as Responsable de control de calidad at Carnicaza S.L. (March 2017 - March 2018), focusing on wildlife and ungulate meat processing.
