Kurt Viehl

Kurt Viehl is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at The Deal since September 2023, Kurt previously held the position of Global Head of Corporates at ION Analytics from April 2021 to August 2023. Prior to this, Kurt had a significant tenure at Mergermarket, where roles included Head of Sales - Americas and Deputy Head of Sales - Americas, along with experience as Account Executive. Kurt's career also encompasses roles at Bureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing as Business Development Manager, Reuters as Sales Specialist, and EcoWin Inc. as Sales Executive. Kurt holds a BA in Economics with Honors from Clark University.
