Laura S. Detter has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Laura S. currently works at The Decision Lab as a Consultant, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at Ubisoft as a Senior Associate from October 2021 to January 2022, and as an Associate from March 2021 to October 2021. Before their time at Ubisoft, Laura worked at Mercury Labs as an Applied Psychologist from October 2019 to September 2020. There, they conducted UX research for clients and conducted consumer research. Laura also has experience working as a Student Consultant for Amazon UK Launchpad from December 2016 to April 2017. Additionally, they completed a Psychology Internship at Heinrich-Sengelmann Hospital in July and August 2016. Laura's work experience also includes an internship at RTL Interactive in January and February 2014, where they supported project managers in the implementation of lottery games and votings. Lastly, they began their career as a TV child actress at Studio Hamburg from March 2003 to October 2008.

Laura S. Detter's education history begins with their high school education at Haileybury UK, which they completed from 2008 to 2013. After graduating from high school, they went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Hult International Business School, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, Laura pursued further education at UCL, obtaining a Psychology Graduate Certificate, focusing on the field of study Psychology.
