Matthew Ward

Matthew Ward has a diverse work experience in various senior management roles. Matthew is currently the Managing Director at Decor since March 2021 and previously served as the Chief Commercial Officer from January 2020 to March 2021. Prior to their current position, Matthew worked at Sistema Plastics as the General Manager from April 2015 to January 2020, and as the Grocery Business Manager from July 2014 to March 2015. Matthew'searlier experience includes working at Mattel as the Senior Manager, National Sales from August 2010 to April 2014. Before that, Matthew worked at Cadbury Schweppes Bottling Group in various roles including National Business Manager Woolworths, Strategy Manager Confectionery, National Business Manager Distributors, National Field Sales Manager, and National Account Manager Convenience. Matthew also worked at Mars Confectionery in positions such as National Business Manager Seasonal, National Business Manager Woolworths Seasonal, and National Account Manager Convenience. Matthew's earliest roles were at Mars Confectionery as the State Account Manager and Territory Manager.

Matthew Ward pursued their education at Deakin University from 1998 to 1999, where they obtained a Post Graduate International Trade degree with a focus on International Trade. Prior to that, they attended Monash University from 1992 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a double major in Management and History.
