Agnes Woo

Agnes Woo is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Vice President of Tax at The Decurion Corporation since July 2024. Prior to this role, Agnes held the position of Senior Director of Tax at Anderson Holdings from April 2019 to July 2024, where oversight of the tax function for a diverse business portfolio took place, ensuring compliance and providing support on Mergers and Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Restructuring.
