Paul Baker

Paul Baker has a background in retail management, with experience as a Retail Manager/Buyer at The Deep since June 2015. Prior to this role, Paul served as a Retail Store Manager at Heron Foods from April 2013 to June 2015, where Paul successfully turned around a failing store. Additionally, Paul was a Retail Store Manager at POUNDLAND from August 2011 to April 2013, where Paul recruited and developed a new store team. Paul holds a degree from Longfield Academy and has completed additional education through the Chartered Management Institute between 2018-2020.
