Candice Stokes has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Candice currently holds the position of Group Head of Customer Experience at The Delivery Group, a role they began in June 2022. Prior to this, from June 2021 to October 2022, they served as the Group Head of Client Services eCommerce & Special Services at the same company.
Before joining The Delivery Group, Candice worked at The Delivery Group UK as a Group Client Services Manager MMS & eCommerce from January 2018 to June 2021.
Candice also gained valuable experience at CMS Network (London) Ltd, where they held the position of Client Services Manager from July 2006 to January 2018. Furthermore, Candice was involved in training and implementing the Salesforce system within the Client Services Department.
Candice'searly work experience includes a role as a Client Services Administrator at Speedmail International Ltd from September 1996 to July 2005.
Candice Stokes attended Riverston Independent School from 1993 to 1996. Candice did not receive a degree or specify a field of study during this time. From 1997 to 1999, they studied at North West Kent College, earning an NVQ in Administration & Customer Services.
