Megan Tipps

Megan Tipps has a diverse background in software development, starting in 2007 at Bluberry Technologies, where they developed applications for call centers. Megan later worked at various companies as a Software Developer, focusing on projects for municipalities, promotional software, and in-house/client software. Alongside development, Megan has experience in website administration, sales, and design. Megan transitioned into roles as a Frontend Web Developer, leading teams, and working on solar project automation. Currently, at The Delta, Megan is the Lead Software Engineer responsible for coordinating front-end, back-end, and mobile engineers on multiple projects, ensuring team well-being and career growth alignment.

Megan Tipps attended Paarl Girl's High from 2001 to 2005. Megan then pursued a degree in Software Engineering at CTI Education Group from 2006 to 2007, specializing in Software Development.
