Chad Figueroa

Chad Figueroa has extensive experience in estimation and project management within the demolition and abatement industry. Currently serving as an Estimator at The Demo Company since May 2023, Chad previously held the position of Senior Estimator at NorthStar Demolition - Texas Region from June 2021 to May 2023, where contributions included bid vetting, strategy, and colleague training. Prior roles at NORTHSTAR CG LP and NorthStar Federal Services involved senior estimation, proposals management for government contracts, and overseeing demolition projects. Chad's early career included managing public relations and editorial teams, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set in communication and project oversight. Education includes attendance at Orange Coast College and a High School diploma from Huntington Beach High School.
