Aimee Reeves is an experienced professional in program strategy, design, and human-centered design with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Program Strategy and Design Lead and previously in various roles within the New Ways of Working Program at the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care, Aimee has a strong focus on co-design and engagement. Aimee's earlier experience includes serving as Human Centred Design Lead at the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science, where contributions were made to enhance citizen-centric approaches in the Australian Public Service. Aimee's background also includes roles at ThinkPlace, where diverse public and private sector projects were undertaken, as well as leadership experience as Vice-President of the ANU Cross-Disciplinary Students' Academy. Aimee holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Australian National University and has completed additional programs in urban heritage and agile project management.
