Michael Cronin is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in service and product design. Currently serving as a Service Designer at the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care since October 2023, Michael has also been the Director at Torresian Crow Consulting PTY LTD since January 2008. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at NAB from November 2021 to October 2023, UX/UI Designer at the Digital Transformation Agency from February 2021 to October 2021, and Human Centred Design Lead at Westpac from May 2017 to February 2021.
