Tal Karp

Tal Karp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, leadership, and consulting. Currently a Board Member and Chair of the Data and Digital Committee at Victoria Legal Aid, Tal also serves as a Panel Member for the Play our Way Expert Advisory Panel within the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care. As Principal of Sixfold Consulting Group since January 2018, Tal has held various prominent roles, including Chief Executive Officer of The Y Australia and Board Member for the Australian Grand Prix Corporation and YMCA Australia. Additionally, Tal has been a Change our Game Ambassador for the Victorian Government and led sports and innovation practices at Right Lane Consulting. Tal co-hosted the Play it Fwd Podcast, advocating for women in sports. Educational qualifications include a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, dual Bachelor's Degrees in Law and Arts from The Australian National University, and an ongoing Senior Executive MBA at the University of Melbourne.
