Antoinette Aponte

Antoinette Aponte serves as a Client Contact Support Engineer at Dtcc since June 2016, where responsibilities include providing technology solutions for external clients, troubleshooting institutional trade processing applications, and managing a high volume of client communications and case resolutions. Antoinette has also held the role of Integration Consultant, leading API client onboarding processes, improving project structures, and collaborating with various teams to enhance client experiences. Antoinette began professional development at Year Up, where coursework took place from September 2013 to July 2014, culminating in a program completion in June 2014.
