David Chayer

David Chayer is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in IT management and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Managing Director of IT Cybersecurity and DevSecOps at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), David drives innovative strategies and robust security measures to protect the firm's global digital infrastructure. Previous roles at DTCC include Managing Director of DevOps and Infrastructure Delivery, as well as Managing Director of IT Product Management and Delivery, where David oversaw a diverse team of approximately 250 employees. Prior to DTCC, David held leadership positions at Omgeo LLC, Direct Capital Corporation, The Yankee Group, Computer Town, and Lotus Development, demonstrating expertise in infrastructure design, IT governance, and technology implementation across various sectors. David holds a degree from the University of Maine.
