Esther Weller

Esther Weller is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in managing payroll functions across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Payroll Associate Director/APAC Payroll Manager at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since July 2015, Esther oversees corporate payroll processing, tax compliance, policy review, and vendor relationships. Previously, Esther held senior payroll positions at Misys and Innodata Inc., where responsibilities included coordinating payroll for multiple countries and validating payroll data. Esther's career began at kgb as a Payroll Analyst and progressed through various roles, including Village Accountant at Santarosa Estates Homeowner’s Association. Esther holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting from Adventist University of the Philippines.
