Fay Yei, MBA, CISA, currently serves as the Associate Director and IT Audit Manager at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since March 2023. Prior to this role, Fay held several significant positions in IT risk and audit, including Vice President and IT Risk Manager at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (September 2020 - February 2023), Associate Vice President and Senior Information Technology Auditor at JPMorgan Chase & Co. (September 2016 - September 2020), and Associate Vice President and Business Information Security Officer at HSBC (August 2011 - August 2016). Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Information Technology Auditor at Prudential Financial (January 2007 - July 2011) and IT Audit Consultant at Ernst & Young (August 2004 - December 2006).
