Harold Watler

Harold Watler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since July 2016, Harold oversees Platform Engineering and Delivery, focusing on enhancing efficiency, performance, and stability of infrastructure services. Previously, Harold held positions such as Executive Director for Storage & Virtual Infrastructure Engineering at DTCC and Executive Director of Infrastructure at Omgeo, where leadership and direction were provided to meet business objectives. Harold's earlier roles included management of IT planning and technical services at Omgeo LLC and key engineering positions at Thomson ESG and Sybase.
