Kenneth Riitho

Kenneth Riitho is an accomplished legal and financial professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Executive Director at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation since 2015, Kenneth previously held positions at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from 2009 to 2015, where roles included Special Counsel in both the Office of Market Supervision and the Office of Clearance and Settlement within the Division of Trading and Markets. Prior experience also includes serving as Vice President of Global Wealth Management Counsel at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. from 2007 to 2009 and as an Associate Attorney at Greenberg Traurig LLP from 2004 to 2007. Kenneth holds a JD/MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and Georgetown University Law Center, as well as a BA in Economics from the University of Florida.
