Peter Garratt

Peter Garratt is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in product development and change management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Product Development & Change Management at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since November 2011, Peter leads the Deriv/SERV subsidiary, which specializes in derivative solutions. Prior roles include Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities encompassed operations management in equity derivatives, Executive Director at Morgan Stanley overseeing middle office operations for the Equity Finance business, and Vice President at JPMorgan Chase managing middle office functions in equity finance and credit intermediation. Earlier in the career, Peter served as a Manager at KPMG, focusing on audit and transactions in the Services & Trading group. Peter holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand.
