Prachee Kale

Prachee Kale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, strategic program management, and cyber problem-solving. As the Co-Founder of Think.Design.Cyber. since 2022, Prachee has pioneered education initiatives that empower leaders through critical, systems, and design thinking methodologies. Currently serving as Director at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), Prachee leads talent management and diversity initiatives while overseeing executive management functions. In previous roles, including Director of Strategy & Program Management in the Group Chief Risk Office at DTCC and Manager in the Strategic IT Advisory Practice at Ernst & Young, Prachee has successfully managed substantial budgets and developed strategic roadmaps for various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Delhi University.
