Rachel Tyler

Rachel Tyler has extensive experience in the finance and operations sector, currently serving as Executive Director at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since July 2004. In this role, Rachel has held various titles including Executive Director of Fixed Income Operations, Executive Director of Business Resilience, and Vice President of Regulatory Relations. Rachel is responsible for managing governance of initiatives within the organization. Prior to DTCC, Rachel worked at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 1998 to July 2004 in multiple roles such as Government Securities Specialist and Financial Systems Analyst. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Kogod School of Business at American University and has obtained dual Bachelor's degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies and Mathematics from American University.
