Shalabh Roy

Shalabh Roy has extensive experience in cyber security and technology risk management, currently serving as Director at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since 1996. In this role, Shalabh leads the Identity and Access Management Transformation Program, focusing on strategic planning, execution, and financial management. Previous positions include Manager of Serena Support, where Shalabh automated build and deployment processes, and Release Manager, responsible for implementing ITIL V3 standards in release management. Additionally, Shalabh has led initiatives in process architecture and compliance, aimed at adhering to CMMI and ITIL frameworks. Shalabh holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology and Innovation in Financial Services from Polytechnic University - NYU and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Queens College. Engagement in the South Asian International Film Festival as Volunteer Team Lead and Theater Operations Director further reflects Shalabh's diverse skills and community involvement.
