Srini Akula

Srini Akula is an accomplished professional in IT security and cloud engineering with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Associate Director of Cloud Security Engineering at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation since 2023, Akula previously held the role of Lead IT Security Engineer at the same company from 2016 to 2022. Prior to DTCC, Akula worked at PepsiCo as a Unix Linux Server Build/Migration specialist, and held various positions in notable companies including IBM, Verizon, Siemens, and Sun Microsystems, focusing on system administration and support for UNIX and Linux platforms. Akula's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Karnatak University. Additionally, Akula has experience as a lecturer in computer science at AKDC.
