Stephen Roman started their career as a Camp Counselor Group Head at Prince William County Park Authority in 2013, where they planned and coordinated daily activities for 10-12 year old campers and worked closely with counselors and campers to promote learning and personal growth. Stephen also received a certification for archery instruction during their time there. In 2012, they served as a Motor Vehicle Operations Team Leader and Line Non-Commissioned Officer at the United States Marine Forces Reserve until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Stephen worked as an Information Technology Audit Consultant at Blake Willson Group, LLC, supporting the Veterans Affairs Office of Information and Technology.
