Ian Fergie is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Lead Medical Assistant at The Dermatology Specialists since March 2021, Ian demonstrates proficiency in patient documentation using eClinicalWorks, including coding for diagnoses and procedures. Previously, Ian worked as a Senior Medical Scribe at CITYMD, where responsibilities included training new staff while maintaining workflow in urgent care. Earlier roles include internships at Rella & Associates, P.C., Wilson Orthopaedics Pllc, and Northern Westchester Hospital, as well as serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Stony Brook University. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a specialization in Developmental Genetics from Stony Brook University.
