Syeda Naysha

Syeda Naysha is currently a Medical Assistant at The Dermatology Specialists since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Pediatric Research Volunteer for the Asthma-PASS Study at Montefiore from March 2023 to January 2024, and as a Pre-PA Mentor at Hunter College during the same period. Naysha worked as a Clinical Information Manager at Envision Healthcare and shadowed a Nurse Practitioner at Bronx Kids Pediatrics in 2023. Previous roles include a Social Media/Marketing Intern at Sustainable Sister, a Physical Therapy Aide at Professional Physical Therapy, and a Research Assistant at Albert Einstein College of Medicine focusing on cystinosis research. Naysha has also shadowed a Physician Assistant at Montefiore Health System and interned with Art Beyond Sight, supporting initiatives for individuals with vision impairments. Naysha is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology on the Pre-PA Track at Hunter College, with a background that includes an Advanced Regents High School Diploma from Central Park East High School.
