Alana Crandall

Alana Crandall, CPA, serves as the Director of Financial Reporting at The Dermot Company, Inc. since August 2013, overseeing the financial reporting process for a portfolio of nine multi-family residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include preparing monthly financial reporting packages for investors and lenders, reconciling general ledger accounts, maintaining capital expenditure schedules, analyzing budget variances, and managing investor relationships. Prior to this role, Alana held positions at Ernst & Young, BDO USA, LLP, KPMG, and other firms, where duties ranged from performing due diligence for acquisitions to providing auditing and financial reporting services specific to commercial real estate and low-income housing industries. Alana earned a BS in Accounting from Providence College in 2007.
