Adam Martin

Adam Martin is the GM at Old Post Office at The DESCO Group. Adam has over fifteen years of experience in the financial and construction industries. Adam began their career as a financial advisor with Renaissance Financial in October 2010. In this role, they oversaw the construction and management of several corporate franchises and residential properties. Adam then became the operating officer of The Franklin Companies in December 2011, where they oversaw construction and management of several corporate franchises and residential properties. In July 2010, they became a broker with Travers Insurance Agency, where they produced property and casualty insurance. Adam also served as a site manager for Destiny Homes L.L.C. from May 2007 to August 2008, where they were responsible for the overall site maintenance for a collection of lots.

Adam Martin has a degree in finance and banking from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Adam also has a minor in real estate from the same school. Adam currently works in the business field.

Their manager is Brad Foss, President & CEO. Adam Martin works with Melissa Setser - SVP of Portfolio Management, Kevin Conway - Vice President of Investments, and Charlie Faron - Director of Leasing.
