Franklin Sears

Franklin Sears is the current VP of Development, Design & Construction at The DESCO Group. Franklin has over 20 years of experience in the field of construction and facility management. Franklin started their career at Pfizer as a Senior Facilities Planner and then moved on to McEagle Properties, LLC as a Development, Project Manager. Franklin has been with The DESCO Group since 2006 and has played a vital role in the company's growth and success.

Franklin Sears graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Franklin then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington University in St. Louis. Franklin is also a Certified Real Estate Development, Design, and Construction Professional from the International Council of Shopping Centers. In addition, they have received a certification from MIT Professional Education in the Professional Certificate Program in Real Estate Finance & Development and another certification from ICSC in Certified Development Professional.

Franklin Sears works with Mike Anthon - VP of Retail Development, Josh Kuhn - Project Manager, and Melissa Setser - SVP of Portfolio Management. Franklin Sears reports to Brad Foss, President & CEO.
