Desi Speh

Desi Speh is a seasoned professional in the golf and country club management sector, currently serving as COO and General Manager at Desert Highlands since April 2022. Prior to this role, Desi held similar positions at Arizona Country Club from January 2014 to April 2022 and at ClubCorp as General Manager of Seville Golf & Country Club from November 2008 to January 2014. Desi also served as President of the Greater Southwest Chapter Club Managers Association of America from November 2016 to November 2018. Earlier roles include Club Manager at El Dorado Golf & Beach Club and General Manager at Monarch Bay Golf Club. Desi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UC Santa Barbara, earned between 1995 and 1999.
