Chloe Li

Chloe Li is an experienced professional in visitor experience management within the museum sector, currently serving as the Assistant Programme Manager and Assistant Visitor Experience Manager at the Design Museum since August 2023. Previously, Chloe held the position of Visitor Experience Deputy Manager at the Victoria and Albert Museum, overseeing daily operations and addressing visitor feedback. Chloe has further gained extensive experience at institutions such as the University of Oxford and the Hong Kong Heritage Museum, where responsibilities included managing visitor services, coordinating educational programs, and enhancing visitor engagement. Chloe holds a Master of Arts in Art Museum and Gallery Studies from the University of Leicester, along with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Cultural Management and Fine Arts from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
