Carissa Yip

Carissa Yip has a diverse work experience. Carissa started their career as a Cashier at Valley Supermarket in 2002 and worked there until 2005. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Sales Associate/Part-time Assistant Manager at Frederick's of Hollywood. In 2009, they joined Chase as a Bank Teller and worked until 2013. Simultaneously, they worked as an Assistant Producer at World of Dance, LLC from 2009 to 2015. Since 2013, Carissa has been associated with designory, where they held various roles such as Human Resources Coordinator, Associate Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, Associate Director, and currently the Director of People Operations. Throughout their roles at designory, they have been responsible for HR support, staffing, employee management, personnel issues, onboarding, recruitment, and process improvements.

Carissa Yip obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from California State University, Los Angeles from 2010 to 2012.
