Ken Maeda

Ken Maeda serves as the People Operations Manager at designory since September 2021, overseeing daily Human Resources activities and facilitating the strategic vision of team leaders, with a focus on operational processes, employee relations, culture cultivation, and staff engagement. Prior to this role, Ken held various HR positions including Human Resources Business Partner at QueensCare Health Centers and Human Resources Manager, Talent at Sundance Institute, where collaboration with hiring managers and the CEO was key in staffing and budgeting processes. Ken also served as Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at AIDS Healthcare Foundation, contributing to talent acquisition strategies, employee retention, and organizational effectiveness. Ken holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from California State University, Los Angeles.
