Francine Westfall

Francine Westfall is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in hotel operations and management. Currently serving as the Group Reservations Coordinator at Crowne Plaza Albany - The Desmond Hotel since September 2021, Francine previously held the role of Assistant General Manager at BBL Hospitality's Residence Inn by Marriott from March 2018 to April 2020. Prior experience includes Operations Manager positions at Courtyard by Marriott and TownePlace Suites by Marriott, as well as a Front Of House Manager role at Holiday Inn. Francine began a career in hospitality as a Front Office Executive with Marriott International. Francine holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BA from the University at Albany.
