Charles V. Tines

Charles V. Tines has a wealth of experience in photography, having worked as a Senior Staff Photographer at The Detroit News for many years. After retiring from their full-time role, Charles V. continued their photography career as a freelance photographer. Prior to their work at The Detroit News, Charles V. served as a Field Photographer in the United States Marine Corp, where Charles V. had the unique opportunity to work as a photographer for General William Weinstein.
